Making the most of a beautiful evening in New York City, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted out and about last night (October 21).

The “Waiting for Tonight” songstress and her handsome husband strolled past the paparazzi as they left the opening of Le Caprice restaurant, looking so happy together.

And it looks like J. Lo is following after Beyonce Knowles’ “Sasha Fierce” trend, developing her own alter ego named “Lola.”

Her upcoming yet-untitled album is said to be her best work to date.  Rapper Pitbull, who cameos on “Fresh Out the Oven,” her lead single, told press, “Definitely something very, very sexy.  Produced by Pharrell, look out for it. It’s kind of like eyes wide shut.”

It has been a very rough year for John Travolta and his family, with the death of his son Jett and the subsequent extortion scheme plotted against him.

And now there’s more bad news for the “Face/Off” actor, as the court case involving Pleasant Bridgewater and Tarino Lightbourne has been declared a mistrial.

Bridgewater and Lightbourne have been accused of attempting to extort $25 million from Travolta in exchange for keeping some of the details of Jett’s death from the public eye.

Late Wednesday a Bahamian judge ordered a retrial after a government minister reported publicly that Bridgewater had been exonerated during jury deliberations.

Celebrating her 29th birthday, Kim Kardashian was spotted out at the swanky new Phillippe Chow restaurant in Los Angeles last night (October 21).

Joined by her loving family, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” babe looked amazing in a one-shoulder red minidress with black stockings and black heels.

Earlier in the evening, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney as well as Bruce and Kris Jenner were all over at Kitson to support Lamar Odom in his launch of Rich Soil.

In related news, Kim is auctioning off a pair of her Puma boots for charity.  She blogged, “Hey dolls, there’s just 24 hours left to bid on the limited edition Puma boots I wore on the set of my fitness DVDs Fit in Your Jeans by Friday! 100% of the proceeds go to 826LA, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting students ages 6 to 18 with their writing skills!!”

Poor Alina Puscau.

The gorgeous model bares it all for Playboy this month, but her pictorial is overshadowed in many ways by Marge Simpson’s naked spread in the magazine.

It’s gotta be tough to be on dueling covers with a cartoon icon, but Puscau is taking it well. We actually spoke to the Romanian beauty and asked her about this experience:

On posing nude for the first time: I felt very comfortable because it was my boyfriend [director Brett Ratner] taking the pictures.

On Ratner doing the shoot: It was very difficult because he is a director and very demanding and a perfectionist. It was the hardest photo shoot I’ve ever had, but we had a lot of fun as well.

On who is sexier, her or Marge Simpson: Marge Simpson is definitely sexier than me and she has fantastic blue hair.

On other projects: I have an album coming out soon that I recorded in my home country. My single album is called “When you leave” and was produced by the famous DJ Basshunter.

On meeeting Hugh Hefner or his girlfriends: I met Hugh Hefner, but I never met his girlfriends, but I watch them on The Girls Next Door. I love that show.

It’s difficult to compete with someone responsible for a bevy of hilarious The Simpsons quotes, but don’t pity Alina Puscau.

NBA legend Reggie Miller is “fearing for his safety” from “erratic” Alex von Furstenberg, a wealthy aristocrat whose fiancee Reggie was sexting earlier this year.

The former Indiana Pacers guard says Alex tried to fight him and run his car off the road. Reggie Miller filed for and obtained a restraining order against him.

Reggie suffered “fear and distress” when Alex von Furstenberg confronted him October 17 as he sat outside a café in Malibu, yelling, “I will beat you down.”

Miller refused to fight von Furstenberg and drove off.

But Alex followed him and “maneuvered his vehicle in front of me several times,” pulling alongside and “hanging out of the window in a threatening manner.”

Von Furstenberg, son of Fiat heir Prince Egon von Furstenberg and fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg, believes Miller tried to steal his fiancée, Ali Kay.

Reggie Miller and Ali Kay definitely engaged flirty texts after meeting earlier this year, but those texts are believed to have been the extent of their relationship.

In retalliation, Alex von Furstenberg hired a plane to fly down the Southern California coast with a sign reading “Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Women!”

An odd word choice, since he and Ali aren’t even married. Minor detail. Regardless, unless there is serious sexting still going on, AVF needs to get over it. Yeesh.

Earlier this year, Oprah used her show to educate viewers about domestic violence, and in the process warned viewers that most abusers repeat their actions.

Brown took the remark as a slight against him and charged her with being one-sided. Winfrey shot back at Brown, telling the singer he should get some help.

In an interview with Angie Martinez on New York’s Hot 97, Brown clarified his remarks. He said he hoped Oprah would have reached out to him and Rihanna.

“At the time, I think I needed a helping hand, for her to reach out to me and Rihanna, say this is wrong and this is right, whatever the case may be,” he said.

“Not even to be on the show; just make it about helping. Because at the end of the day I thought we had that type of relationship where it could be like that.”

Brown cited Will Smith and Diddy as examples, saying that both reached out to him and offered help, although neither let him off the hook for what he did.

Chris Brown is out of seclusion and on the interview circuit.

“As a young black man, I need older black male role models to step in and kind of mold me. Not people bashing me, ’cause that’s not how you learn,” he said.

Brown nixed a rumor that he was scheduled to perform in a BET Awards tribute to Michael Jackson before Rihanna’s producer-mentor Jay-Z nixed the idea.

“That’s the silliest rumor I ever heard,” Jay-Z said, but admitted he’s not a fan of the singer. Brown reiterated Jay-Z’s claims about personal differences.

“I don’t know and don’t think it was him,” Brown said, adding that despite bad blood between his and Rihanna’s camp, “I don’t got anything against homie.”

At the moment, Brown is forbidden from communicating with Rihanna. He says he still loves her and hates losing his friendship with the “Umbrella” singer.

Finally, Chris admitted the legendary YouTube video of the wedding party dancing down the aisle to his hit “Forever” brought him out of his darkest days.

The life of a celebrity blogger can be depressing at times.

It’s hard not to be cynical when you report on the likes of Richard Heene, Amy Winehouse and Michael Lohan.

But it’s all worthwhile every Wednesday night at 9 p.m. That’s when we see back, turn on Fox and let the cast of Glee etch a one-hour smile on our faces.

The musical comedy is pretty much taking over the pop culture universe, as its cast will sing the national anthem prior to game three of the World Series.

Meanwhile, we can confirm that the show has received permission to use any song in the Madonna catalog – and that ADAM LAMBERT MIGHT APPEAR ON AN EPISODE NEXT YEAR! The news just keeps getting better.

After her shocking affair and harassment of ESPN baseball analyst Steve Phillips, we were kind of expecting more from Brooke Hundley by way of pictures.

You know, the boilerplate scandalous, half-naked, wild-child stuff. Brooke Hundley is 22 years old, after all, and clearly has a screw loose if not several.

Stepping out with a few girlfriends, Chelsy Davy was in party mode at the Chinawhite reopening fete in London on Wednesday night (October 21).

Sipping on a variety of colorful fruit cocktails, the lawyer in the making has been a mainstay in tabloid headlines as of late – with rumors of a rekindled romance with Prince Harry.

According to reports, Prince Harry is hoping to get their relationship back on track with a trip to the five-star Shakawe fishing lodge in the Okavango Delta.

Of the vacation plans, a pal told the Daily Mail, “Chelsy and Harry went to the same area four years ago when they had just started dating. Harry is really hoping that the trip will go ahead, if their schedules allow because it will be an ideal opportunity to rekindle their affair.”

The insider adds, “They are back together but it’s definitely Harry who has been doing all the running. Chelsy hates the media attention and it’s one of the reasons they are staying so low-key.”

All dolled up for the day’s outing, the former “Simple Life” star was spotted shopping for bargains in a closing down sale at a boutique on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood on Wednesday (October 21).

The retail romp comes just a day after it landed herself an appearance in a new movie called “The Other Guys” – which also stars Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Samuel L Jackson and Eva Mendes.

With the Adam McKay directed comedy due out in August 2010, a source tells, “Paris has a cameo role in the movie, where she plays herself. It is all being kept very hush-hush.”
